I am glued!

I don't like to talk politics on my blog...I can pick up the phone and talk to a girlfriend (or just about anyone) for a solid hour without even thinking about it but politics are not my thing. I have been literally glued to the TV for the last week and have to admit that I was AMAZED at how well Sarah Palin did last night! For any of you who didn't get a chance to see it, you should! If you google "Palin Speech" you can read it or watch it. I don't know how to post the link or I would!

That's all I have to say other than FORGET REALITY TV, I will be glued to political debates until November!

She was SO FANTASTIC! I did the same thing last night. She was super sharp and witty! (I couldn't believe how young her baby was.) I will admit I was a little disappointed Romney was not chosen...but after last night, I am so excited to watch her. I think she will win the hearts and votes of a lot of people in this nation!

Thanks for your comment, but so not true:)

Did you see her little girl lick her hand and brush her baby brothers hair down. The very cutest!

I was up in the middle of the night with the baby, uncharacteristically thinking about politics. I was thinking about a comment I heard on the radio about Hillary Clinton being really bugged by McCain's choice for VP. At first I was thinking, "Oh sure, Hillary would hate the cute Mom of five, who can do it all!" But then it hit me, Hillary is ticked because there is a chance Sarah Pallin might beat her as the first woman to breach the President/VP office. Yea, she's ticked for sure! Crazy!

I have been glued too. Mike and I have watched the whole thing. It's been quite excited. Palin did do a great job. She's a spunky one!

I am with you. I have been addicted to it all. Maybe that's because I haven't been able to do much at all. I could listen to Sarah Palin all day long. I love that she is normal, and you could see her on the street, and you know she would talk to you and be a real person.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. It made me feel so good. You are the greatest!

Trent will not take his eyes off of the t.v. He is so excited about Palin as am I. She is going to be awesome. I love that a woman is in the race and she a great point of view.

Well, I am not as excited as everyone else, but I think anything that helps people get excited and involved in politics will only benefit our country.
