Okay, admit it! How many of you listen to Dr. Laura. I have listened to her off and on for the last couple of years, some of what she says I totally agree with and some things make her sound totally mean and nuts. Well, I have been on a Dr. Laura kick for the last couple of weeks. I have been in the car a lot and have found myself tuning in when she is on. We were in the car yesterday and I turned on some music....Kylee started yelling at my from the back to turn it off. I did as I was commanded by my five year old and then she said "Mom, turn on that Dr. Laura...I really like her." I immediately started to think about the last week or so and tried hard to remember if I had listened to any inappropriate callers. I am sure I did. I learned my lesson, once again, KIDS HEAR EVERYTHING!!!! For now, I will not be a Dr. Laura fan unless I am alone in the car...the things we sacrifice for our children!

Gotta love Kylee! She always gives me a good laugh!
Kylee has the maturity of an 18 year old. It is not her fault that she is stuck in a 5 year old body. I love her and I am sorry that we didn't spend more time there when we were in town. I guess we will just have to come in a couple more weeks for Thanksgiving. I am excited to have a stress free vacation!
I remember one time when Greg was little and we were driving in the car. I had to slam on my brakes, and Greg goes, "oh, you stupid jerk". I asked him why he said that and he said, "mom, that's what you always say when we're in the car". Yes, they do hear EVERYTHING and of course, repeat all the things you don't want them to repeat.
OH kylee. She REALLY seems to pick up on everything. Why do you think she is a mini Kelsey? haha. That's not a bad thing though :).
hahaha, I love Sharon's story. I just read it.
That's hilarious. Everyone on here is right-Kilee is pretty grown up for her age!! I'll remember to be more careful when Carly gets older-although I'm sure I'll slip up all the time! What can ya do?!
